We are the business.
There is no separation between who you are and how your business runs. The way you make decisions, hold pressure, respond to fear, deal with comparison, push through or pull back. That is not separate from your strategy. That is your strategy playing out.
Business has a way of surfacing everything. The patterns you inherited. The stories you have been running for years without examining. The conditioning that felt normal until you built something of your own and suddenly had nowhere to hide from it.
That is not a problem. That is the point.
Building a business is the most honest personal development journey you will put yourself on, because you cannot separate yourself from it. At every level of growth, something new surfaces. Something that asks you to meet yourself more honestly than you did before. You can try to solve it externally. Another strategy, another plan, another push. But the pattern will keep showing up until it is seen.
That is the work I do.
Why I do this
I have been in business for over 30 years, starting my first at 19 with no roadmap and no safety net. I learned as I went, faced every fear that came with building something from scratch, and experienced both the success and the cost of it.
When that chapter closed I went back into employment. It gave me security and taught me a great deal. But I always knew I was meant for something more. I just didn't know what it was until I discovered coaching.
That was 21 years ago. Since then I have worked closely with women across every stage of building an online business. Not just the programmes, offers, launches and funnels, but who they are being while they do it. How they show up. What gets in the way. What shifts when they stop pushing against themselves.
I have seen this industry change more times than I can count. I have worked alongside some of the biggest names in the coaching world. I have been inside enough businesses to know that the practical side is rarely where the real problem lives.
Business is a mirror. A precise and unforgiving one.
It does not create your patterns. It reveals them. The pressure you place on yourself, the identity you have built around success, the way you respond when things feel uncertain. All of it shows up. All of it asks to be looked at.
Most people try to look past it. Keep moving, stay busy, add another layer of strategy. And for a while, that works.
But at each new level of growth, the mirror gets closer. And the woman who keeps trying to outrun herself eventually has to stop and turn around.
That is where this work begins. Not in performance, not in fixing, not in becoming someone new. In awareness. In responsibility. In choosing consciously who you are becoming, and doing that work again at every level.
THE BLISS FRAMEWORK
Over time, the work I was doing with women began to organise itself around five interconnected principles. Not steps. Not a linear process. A framework for how a woman relates to herself, and through that, how she leads her business.
Be. Who are you here to be when fear and comparison are out of the way. Your truth, your vision, your impact. Deciding who she is, and keeping deciding, as you grow.
Love. Know yourself honestly, the patterns, the stories, the conditioning that shapes how you show up.
Intuition. Trust your own guidance over external noise. Create from your truth rather than from what you think you should be doing or what everyone else is doing.
Speak. Own your voice. What are you here to say? Not what feels safe, but what is true. Saying it clearly and without shrinking.
Shine. Show up as who you actually are, consistently, without force. Not performing. Just being the woman you decided to be.
Each principle builds on the last and they cycle. At every stage of growth you will return to them at a deeper level. That is not regression.
That is how this works.

This is self-leadership work for women in business. It sits at the intersection of who you are and how you build.
When the woman behind the business becomes clearer, steadier and more self-led, the business begins to reflect that. Not overnight. Not dramatically.
Steadily.
More honest decisions. Clearer direction. Less time spent in cycles that go nowhere. A business that actually fits who you are now, not who you were when you started.
If you have found your way to this page, there is usually a reason.
You do not need to overhaul everything. You just need to know where to begin.
"I cannot recommend working with Susan enough - her balance of warmth & directness are a rare combination, and she truly is a pleasure and delight to collaborate with.
Susan has talked me off the ledge so many times!"
"Not only has she continued to offer so much value to our business but Susan is an incredible person to speak to!
Rarely will I leave a call with her not feeling empowered and ready to tackle whatever needs doing. It goes without saying that Susan absolutely knows what she is doing!"
"Working with Susan has been absolutely pivotal to not only my business growth but also my own growth. Without her knowledge and expertise I never would have achieved my first 6 figure launch and been able to reach way more people than I thought possible.
But more than this, through her care and coaching she has helped me stay brave, motivated and focused on my big juicy goals. Do NOT miss this opportunity to have Susan in your corner - I simply couldn’t do without her."
“Susan is an exceptional coach. Family dynamics requires specific understanding and skills and Susan is clearly highly knowledgeable.
After our first session I had massive breakthroughs and every single session after that”
"Susan is my go-to gal whenever I hit a roadblock in my business or life. Whether I’m stuck in analysis paralysis, second guessing myself or just need a plain ol’ loving kick in the pants, Susan rolls up her sleeves and quickly breaks me out of my funk. She has a level headed and no-nonsense approach that will help you bust through your blocks quickly and get you moving into action.
She’s absolutely the secret weapon that your business and life needs."
“When my whole life became rearranged and I felt like I was really being tested in a trial by fire. Susan was like an anchor holding me steady while I put out fires one by one. Susan is a very nurturing and empathic person who has a natural affinity with her clients.
If I was ever in a situation where I could only make one call; my call would be to Susan! She may not get me out of whatever situation I'm in, but she will certainly help me to be ok with it and move through it as gracefully as possible"
“I would highly recommend working with Susan if you have a relationship that needs some attention. She understood me immediately and was able to encourage and support me without making me feel silly at any point."
